• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out our waiver and prepare for your session.

• Cave Sessions start on the hour and last for 45 minutes.

• Appointments may need to be rescheduled if you arrive after your scheduled session time.

• We recommend you drink water before and after your session to help you release toxins. No food or liquid will be allowed in the cave, with the exception of a closed, insulated water bottle.

• We will provide you with disposable foot covering to put over your feet or shoes.

• Please turn off your cell phones or put them on airplane mode to limit interruptions during your session.

• We cannot be responsible for your valuables but we will provide a bin under your chair to store handbags or belongings.

• Please refrain from wearing fragrance or scented products in consideration of our sensitive guests.

• You are encouraged to use one of our two restrooms before your session.

• We want your cave experience to be as relaxing as possible. Please wear comfortable clothes for your session.

• A soft blanket is provided to use during your session.
